Victoria Camp grew up on the East Coast in New England where her passion for art and crafts began at a young age. Always on the pursuit of learning something new, she immersed herself in many creative areas such as illustration, polymer clay, sewing, jewelry making, photography, and web design.
Her pursuit to continue on a career path in art and design led her to the West Coast, where she earned her degree in Fashion Design from FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco.
Victoria's jewelry designs encompass vintage nostalgia updated into modern, feminine styles - show pieces perfect for special occasions and classics for everyday wear. She is inspired by colors, textures, and items that have a past or history to them. Her collection includes a variety of vintage and re-purposed findings including vintage maps and atlases, vintage crystal beads and rhinestone buttons, and vintage metal components. She creates hand-formed floral pendants and beads out of polymer clay, and also incorporates a variety of freshwater pearls and semi-precious gemstones into her work. All designs are created in her home studio in Oakland, California.
When she is not designing, Victoria enjoys spending time creating miniatures, and desserts - many of which often involve chocolate (both real and tiny replicas!) She can also be found out and about enjoying California's beautiful landscapes with her dog, Butters.
