Ordering faq's
All items are available for purchase via PayPal. PayPal payment accepts all major credit cards, as well as payments made through your checking account, or e-checks.
Your purchase will be sent in a gift box for you or your recipient to enjoy. Most items are currently in stock, however, they are sometimes made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your purchase to be shipped, unless otherwise noted in the item description. If you would like to purchase multiple quantities of one style or have any additional questions about your purchase, please write to: victoria@victoriacamp.com.
Items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail, with delivery confirmation (if shipped within the US.) You will be notified when your item has shipped. First Class Mail takes approximately 5-7 days to deliver within the United States, and up to 6 weeks to deliver internationally. If you need expedited shipping (Priority 2-3 day service or Express Next Day service) please send me an email with the item(s) you would like to purchase, and I will send you an invoice to include the expedited shipping charges for your purchase.
California Residents
I reside in Alameda County. State and local sales tax is 9.75%. If you reside in CA outside of Alameda County, state sales tax is 8.25%. Taxes will be charged automatically through your PayPal account at time of payment.
International Customers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing an item, as well as to check your country's shipping restrictions. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Italy Customers
Please be aware of your country's restrictions. Jewelry is also prohibited, unless it is sent as an insured Priority Mail International parcel. Please email me prior to purchase so that I may send you an adjusted invoice to include these shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item I sell has been individually made with care by me. All of my items are described as accurately as possible, and are free of defect unless specifically noted otherwise in the description, such as a re-purposed vintage piece. If you have any questions about a particular item, please email me before purchasing. Some items may be fragile, which will be noted in the item description. I take pride in my work, and will properly package the item securely for shipping so that it arrives safely and in one piece to your doorstep.
Customer service is very important to me. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are truly unsatisfied with your item upon receiving it, please email me immediately so that I may resolve the situation with you. Items damaged in transit will be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact me within 48 hours if you receive a damaged item. Due to the nature of custom orders, items that are custom made cannot be returned.
Returns made that are not due to damage are subject to be given, less the amount of shipping and fees incurred with the transaction of the sale. Please contact me within 3 business days after your item is received in the event of a return request.
If your item receives minor damage due to normal wear and tear, please contact me to arrange its repair and/or cleaning. An hourly repair rate may apply if the defect is not immediate nor due to workmanship or malfunction. If your item becomes damaged in an accident, please contact me to discuss repairing options.
