How do I return an item?
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item I sell has been individually made with care by me. All of my items are described as accurately as possible, and are free of defect unless specifically noted otherwise in the description, such as a re-purposed vintage piece. If you have any questions about a particular item, please email me before purchasing. Some items may be fragile, which will be noted in the item description. I take pride in my work, and will properly package the item securely for shipping so that it arrives safely and in one piece to your doorstep.
Items damaged in transit will be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact me within 48 hours if you receive a damaged item.
If your item receives minor damage due to normal wear and tear, please contact me to arrange its repair and/or cleaning. An hourly repair rate may apply if the defect is not immediate nor due to workmanship or a part malfunction. If your item becomes damaged in an accident, please contact me to discuss repairing options!
Due to their personalized nature, items that are custom made are not eligible for return/exchange.
Returns postmarked 1-14 days after the package's original delivery date: eligible for refund (minus original shipping fees.)
Returns postmarked 15-30 days after the package's original delivery date: eligible for store credit (minus original shipping fees.)
Returns 30+ days after the package's original delivery date are not accepted.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless an error has been made on my part. (Wrong item sent, or damaged in transit.) I strongly encourage tracking and insurance. Refunds or store credit are issued once the item has been received back in its original condition.
